Do I have to spend ages downloading lots of software?
No, Bingo Boogie is a no-download flash based game. This means that once you have registered and deposited you can begin playing immediately. This also means that you can play on any computer with an internet connection just by entering the Account ID/Alias and your password.

Can I practice playing for free first?
Yes, simply register, login and select the play for free room from the bingo lobby. This gives you the chance to 'try before you buy', familiarise yourself with the game and see how much fun it is at Bingo Boogie. I have forgotten my alias or password, what should I do?
Simply click on the 'login now' button in the 'Members Area'. Because the alias and passwords fields were not filled in you will see the message 'forgotten your alias or password?'. Just fill in your email address where indicated and we'll send your details back out to you.
Depositing Money and Claiming Winnings
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I deposit money into my account?
In order to deposit into your account, you must first register. Once registered, simply log in and click on 'Cashier'. There you will find the different depositing options available. Select the option that suits you best and your account will be funded.
Can I claim the bonus then withdraw without playing?
We offer the 100% bonus to add to your enjoyment of the games and not as 'free money' therefore we do not allow you to cash out your bonus money until you have wagered it at least 12 times. For example, to withdraw £100 bonus you must wager £1200 (12x£100).
What is the minimum amount I can deposit?
The minimum amount you can deposit is £10, but remember that with our generous first deposit bonus we double your money! We give all our first-time depositing players a 100% bonus of up to £200. What is the maximum amount I can deposit?
Bingo Boogie has a current maximum daily deposit limit of £200.
How will my transactions appear on my bank or credit card statements?
Deposits made a Bingo Boogie will appear as 'The Gaming Network' on your monthly bank or card statement.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
The minimum payout (withdrawal) amount a player can request at any one time is £30.00. In order to be eligible to make a payout request (and thereafter to receive such payout) you must have deposited a minimum of £25 to your account over the course of your account lifetime.
Only one payout request may be made in any 48 hour period (which is determined based upon 48 hours from your first 'pending' payout request). Regardless of the 48 hour period or the individual amount of each payout request, all multiple payout requests will be declined and the funds returned to your account. If you have multiple payout requests we ask that you return the funds to your account and consolidate your request. If you do not, we will decline the payout request until such consolidation has occurred.
Payout requests are approved on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for requests submitted by 23:59 GMT the previous day. You should note, however, as required in accordance with our gaming license, certain due diligence on positive customer identification is required therefore approval may be delayed during this process. Our due diligence review shall include the submission of identity documentation by you in order for us to verify your identity and account details.
Payouts requested on weekends and bank holidays will be approved and processed the following working day.
Once a payout request is approved it is processed by us the following working day and may take up to 10 (ten) working days to reach your account depending on your financial institution.
What methods can I use for withdrawing my winnings?
It's your choice, you can withdraw your winnings by using any of the following:
- NETeller - online payment solution, this is the fastest and simplest method
- Click2Pay - another online payment solution, also fast and simple to use
- Bank transfer - this method requires you to send in one form of identification for your first withdrawal. We will then keep this on file so you do not have to send anything in for subsequent withdrawals.
- Back to Card - we are able to pay back winnings to any credit or debit card excluding MasterCard. You can only receive back winnings for the equivalent amount you have deposited over your account lifetime, so for example if you have deposited £50 you will only be able to receive a total withdrawal sum of £50 back to your card. Any winnings over your lifetime deposit value will be sent via a different method of your choice.
How do I exchange my BB Bonuses into cash?
To exchange your bonus money for cold hard cash, simply visit the cashier to exchange bonus money in your account into cash. Once you have exchanged your bonus into cash it is ready to play with. You can then use your bonus cash to play any of our games, including all of our casino games.
How do I claim my chat game bonuses?

How can I be sure that the games are fair?
The outcome of the games on Bingo Boogie are 100% statistically random. Bingo Boogie uses a Geiger-Muller Tube Detector that measures minute changes in background radiation levels and then converts this raw data into a bingo ball, or a reel on a slot machine etc. The outcome of our Geiger-Muller counter has been tested and certified by Technical Systems Testing (TST) as being 100% statistically random.
What games other than bingo do you offer?

How do I pre-order bingo tickets?
- Login to your account and go to the games lobby.
- Click on the 'Pre-order' button underneath the room you would like to pre-order your bingo tickets for.
- On the pre-order page select the time and date of the game or games you would like to pre-order tickets for by using the drop down menu.
- Specify how many tickets you would like to order then click 'Submit'.
- You can see how many tickets you have pre-ordered by looking in the 'Your Cards' column.
- After the game you can see whether you've won by looking in the 'Game Activity' report.
Why 90 ball bingo?
90 ball is the true British style bingo, just the same as you would find in your local bingo hall. Many sites only offer 75 ball bingo; this is the US style of bingo. At Bingo Boogie you can have twice the fun and play either 90 ball or 75 ball bingo. The choice is yours!
