- Play with Real Money is defined as someone who has registered, deposited money (successful deposit) and played the games at Bingo Boogie.
- By entering the promotion, the winner consents to participate in any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and to use on BingoBoogie.co.uk at any time.
- As a condition of winning we request that players send us a photo of themselves with their prize, if it is a gift or enjoying our day out.
- A Winner will be drawn at random on the last day of every month and will be notified by email no later than five days after the draw.
- The draw is open to all UK residents and non UK residents over the age of 18 years only, other than employees of Jackpot Gaming Ltd its agencies, representatives, associates or their families. Only one entry per person and per household. Only one entry per envelope permitted. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the prize draw.
- Jackpot Gaming reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
- Players must choose and claim any prizes awarded to them within 30 days of notification of winning via email. Failure to do so will result in their prize draw win being void and no prize awarded.
- Jackpot Gaming reserve the right to re-draw the prize in the event of no communication from the original winning player within 30 days.
- It is the player's responsibility to ensure that any email communication successfully reaches the Bingo Boogie management team.
- The name of the prize winner may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to the below address.
- Jackpot Gaming's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
- All prizes are non transferable. Arrangement for the fulfilment of prizes may be made by a 3rd party sponsor. We/they reserve the right at our sole discretion to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of a comparable value. BingoBoogie.co.uk is not held liable for any late delivery, loss or damage to any prizes despatched by the 3rd party sponsor.
- Some of the prizes are held at a range of locations across the UK and transport to these locations will not be provided for by Bingo Boogie.
- Jackpot Gaming Ltd. does not accept liability whatsoever for any death, personal injury, loss or damage of whatever kind.
- Jackpot Gaming reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

- To enter via post send a postcard with your Bingo Boogie Alias to Bella's Booty Draw, Jackpot Gaming Ltd, 338 City Road, London, EC1V 2PX. All entries must arrive no later than 12am, on the last day of evey month. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Damaged, incomplete or illegible entries may be treated as invalid.
- No purchase necessary. Please send an email to email@bingoboogie.co.uk with your Bingo Boogie Alias. If you don't have an Alias and wish to enter you can obtain an Alias, by visiting here and registering your details.
